How to submit a request
Email incrediblepeaks@gmail.com with the subject “Canada Calculator data deletion request.” Include the email address and, if applicable, the phone, WhatsApp number or Instagram username used with the service. Do not send identity documents or account passwords.
Verification
To protect your information, the administrator may reply to the email address associated with the record or ask for limited information needed to match the request. A request may be declined when the requester cannot be reasonably verified.
What will be deleted
Matched lead records, submitted profile details, calculated score information, locally stored Instagram conversation records, internal service notes and contact status retained by the service will be deleted. Messages already delivered may remain in email, WhatsApp or Meta systems according to those providers’ policies.
Timing and exceptions
Verified requests will be handled as soon as reasonably possible. Limited information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
