Information you submit
The report form receives your full name, email address, phone number and the profile answers required to calculate your CRS estimate. All three contact fields are required to submit a report request.
Report delivery
Your information is processed to calculate and email the one-time report. The phone number is collected as part of the report request but is not used to send marketing messages. The public form does not subscribe you to WhatsApp delivery. Delivered email remains in the sender and recipient email systems according to the email providers’ practices.
Instagram conversations
When you choose to message the Canada CRS professional account on Instagram, Meta provides the account identifier, username when available, message content, timestamps and limited information about attachments or shared posts. These details may be stored in a restricted administration system so an administrator can read the conversation, assign follow-up and record internal service notes. The system does not automatically send replies. Stored Instagram conversation records are normally removed after 180 days unless deleted earlier or retained for a security or legal reason.
Storage and contact
The public report form does not add your submission to a marketing list and does not retain the submitted profile as a lead after delivery. Submitting the report form does not authorize promotional contact by email, phone or WhatsApp. A message you initiate on Instagram may be answered within that conversation in accordance with Meta’s messaging controls.
Operational information
Operational server logs may temporarily record technical request information such as an IP address, timestamp and response status for security and troubleshooting. IP addresses are not included in a retained lead record, and message text is not written to application logs.
Service providers
Hosting, email-delivery and Meta services process the limited information needed to operate the website, deliver requested reports and support conversations users initiate on Instagram.
Your choices
You can use the public calculator and guides without submitting the report form or messaging the Instagram account. You may request deletion of locally stored information through the data deletion page.
Security and limitations
Safeguards include HTTPS, input limits, request-rate controls, verified webhook signatures, restricted server access and protected administrator sessions. No internet transmission, messaging platform or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
