Information you submit
The report form receives your name, email address, consent and the profile answers required to calculate the estimate.
How it is used
The information is used to calculate the CRS estimate and deliver one report to the email address provided. It is not used by this service to create an account or send marketing email.
Retention
The calculator service processes submitted answers in memory and does not intentionally store the report request in an application database. The delivered message remains in the sender and recipient email systems according to those providers’ retention and security practices. Operational server logs may temporarily record technical request information such as an IP address, timestamp and response status for security and troubleshooting.
Service providers
Hosting and email-delivery providers process limited technical and message information needed to operate the website and deliver the requested report.
Your choices
You can use the public guides without submitting the report form. Do not submit information that you do not want processed for report delivery.
Security and limitations
Reasonable technical safeguards are used, including HTTPS, input limits and request-rate controls. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.

This notice may be revised when the service or its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
